Charles P. Litchfield, Esq.

No stranger to courtroom drama, Charles began his career with a focus on trust and estate litigation. Highlights from the early years include his opposing party's imprisonment for fraud in his very first case and a successful verdict after a protracted trial on a highly combative will contest. He also found great success in the pursuit of personal injury claims, achieving multiple six- and seven-figure recoveries. Charles has since developed an expertise in business and real estate matters, advising and participating in numerous multi-million dollar transactions and defending the civil rights of residential treatment centers. Capping off his practice is estate planning and the representation of trusts and estates through the administration and probate processes, ensuring his clients don't make the same mistakes he has seen lead to litigation all too often.
